i needed tonight.

my good friend Val is leaving for tour with some rich kid and she’s gonna be gone for like a month, coming back fo a couple days then on tour in Japan with someone else. 

side note: she’s an amazing drummer in a band called Quinn Ivory.

anyways, myself and like 7 other people gathered at her place tonight to say farewells, pray over her and just have good hangs.  I really needed that community. 

I have missed all those folks so much. and I’m gonna miss Val a ton.
