And there is something about them that REALLY bothers me.
First of all, I love chick flicks, and cheesy romantic comedies, ect. I do.
But what bothers me, is those stories about a couple that is together at one point and then is separated and then years down the line they are together again. Classic example: The Notebook. So even though it’s all fine and dandy in the movie, can you IMAGINE going through that in real life, in real time? not just hindsight but actually happening now??
Movies last 1.5-2hrs long. But a real life relationship like that could be 5, 10, 30 years!!
I can’t help but wonder that about past boyfriends, especially my most recent.
You don’t want it to be the “wrong time” for your bf/gf relationship but you can’t help it.
The bottom line is, to trust God, that His timing is PERFECT and to be patient.
That’s what I am going to work on..
